Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC iPod Promotion

1. Offer: Scheduling attorney will receive a refurbished iPOD, with their work product audio and/or video installed, after five qualifying depositions are scheduled and invoices paid directly through Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC. from April 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. (iPOD Promotion Entry Period).  
   
   After scheduling attorney receives iPOD and five additional qualifying depositions are scheduled, the scheduling attorney's paralegal receives a refurbished iPOD with their attorney's work product audio and/or video installed.
   
   After scheduling attorney schedules five additional qualifying depositions are scheduled and invoices paid, the scheduling attorney's secretary receives a refurbished iPOD with their work product audio and/or video installed.
   
   
2. How to Participate:  Individuals must schedule and invoices paid for five qualifying depositions between April 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. (iPOD Promotion Entry Period).
   
   
3. Qualifying Depositions:  Qualifying depositions are Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC depositions scheduled for general litigation purposes and completed in full through job invoicing.  Please note:  Multiple depositions within the same day or within the same Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC assignment number will be counted as one deposition towards the five needed.
   
   
4. Fulfillment:  Please allow four to six weeks after paid invoices of the qualifying depositions for iPOD delivery.
   
   
5. iPOD Recipient Obligations:  iPOD Recipient agrees to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to these offers.  It is the Recipient's responsibility to ensure that the iPOD is received, redeemed and/or distributed in accordance with the Recipient's company policies.  Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC assume no liability should the Recipient's receipt, use and/or distribution of an iPOD violates the Recipient's corporate policies.  Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC assume no liability for lost, stolen or damaged iPODS.
   
   
6. Promotion Changes:  Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC reserve the right to change or discontinue this promotion at any time for any reason or for no reason.
   
   
7. Where to Direct Questions:  a.  Questions regarding the requirements for receiving an iPOD through the Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC promotions should be directed to Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC Client Care at ClientCare@kentuckianareporters.com
   
   b.  Questions regarding use of an iPOD should be directed to the customer service number printed on the back of the respective card.
   
   
8. Prior to running any promotion, Kentuckiana Reporters, LLC reviews the applicable directly or indirectly, and have not received any benefit or compensation associated with this promotion.
   
   Our rates are “reasonable,” and in fact, tend to be among the bottom 25% in the  Louisville, Kentucky area.  We are simply willing to give some of  our profit back to the client as a way of cultivating goodwill.
